Diagnostic Review
Ever have a car make funny noises that you don't understand but you know aren't quite right? So you take the car to a mechanic to check it out?
Well, that's what a Diagnostic Review does. It's like us "getting under the hood" of your books to identify issues, concerns or other items that might need to be addressed.
At the end of our process, we'll generate a report of our findings and recommendations. You can choose whether to take care of those things yourself or engage us to take care of them for you.
Catchup Services
Did you get behind in keeping up with transactions? Maybe you hadn't been able to get set up with QuickBooks at all yet. Or, maybe your transactions have been entered but you're behind on reconciliations and reporting.

How We Do It
Step 1: Discover
Let's connect!
We always start with a discovery call. It is the best way for us to get to know you, your business and your needs better!
Step 2: Diagnose
The first step to overcoming any issue is identifying the issue. In our Diagnostic Review, we will do a deep dive into your books to discover what, if any, issues are lurking that should be addressed.
Step 3: Do the Work
Our next step is to do the work.
We will address all of the issues or concerns discovered in the Diagnostic and get them sorted out.
Sometimes this is just a catch up of transactions that have fallen behind. Sometimes it's training you or your team in proper processes. Other times it's a clean up of transactions, financials, company settings and/or processes. Many times it's some combination of it all.
Every time, though, it's us walking with you, working together to get (and keep!) your books clean, clear and complete.
Step 4: Dream Big!
This is the fun part. With accurate numbers, you can dream big. Seriously, the sky's the limit to what you can do with your creativity combined with good numbers.
Are you finally going to hire a team member? How about that studio you've been wanting to move into? Maybe you could take that scouting trip to source event spaces (and maybe a local winery)?
